Wildcat Willy’s is part of a regional circular economy, and proud of it. Grain for our whiskey and  beef and seasonal vegetables for the restaurant come from the farm, 8 miles away. We mill grain for Willy’s cornbread and grits in Meadows stone mill at the farm homestead and age our whiskey in an old tobacco barn there.
